This dog leash was great while it lasted and that was only about two weeks. I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased this product and thought it was wonderful at first. However, within two weeks, when I was walking my dog on a busy street, the entire retractable leash came right out of the handle (he wasn't pulling or anything) and I had to chase him down the road. Granted, the customer service department was wonderful about it since it has a year warranty and gave me a full refund, including shipping. On a whole, while the leash is very handy, especially since you can take off each additional component if you don't need it, I wasn't pleased with my experience.

I Loved this product when I first got it, however, after two weeks of use, it broke. The plastic that hold the control button in place snapped making the lease useless. Very disappointed.

We received the leash today and used it for our walk late this afternoon. It works very well and the poop bags in the leash is great. Easy to use and pull out. Since this time of the year it gets dark while we are walking so the bright light makes it easy to find what needs to be picked up. In past years I carried a flash light but this is so much easier. Only thing I wish it had is a large reflector on both sides for protection from cars. I am going to an auto store to see if I can find some to glue on the side. The round sides really invite reflectors.
