(This price between the buyer and me ka so u just pay to AP around 1.747,690 Baht (deduce 10,000 that i got the bonus for downpayment every mth ka)

Ps. This price including the name changing of buyer ka around 30,000 baht ka)


2. For rent 15,000 Baht per mth ka.

Price : 15,000 Baht
